There are as many different ways to price staging as there are different needs for different sellers and houses.  So the following is only a rough guideline to give you an idea of how inexpensive home staging can be.  Remember, the average first price reduction is around 5% of the asking price and the average cost of staging a home - particularly one that is still furnished is only .5% - 1.5% of the asking price.  Cost effective no matter how you look at it.

•  "Walk and Talk" consultation - $100
• Detailed Written consultation - $250 to $300
• Staging an occupied property - $500 to $1,000
• Staging a vacant property - $1000 to $2,000 plus the rental of furniture and design accessories.
• Move-In Staging - $50/hour
• Shopping service - $50/hour plus driving time
